I am a skilled group facilitator, Leadership and Breathwork trainer, Transformational Bodyworker, former merchant banker, and round the world yacht captain.
With 15 years of experience in the field of personal mastery and leadership training I have developed a deep awareness of the patterns of human relationships.
As well as being chairman of the International Breathwork Foundation for 4 years, which has given me a wealth of mediation experience, I founded and run with my wife Gilly our own centre for Breathwork and spiritual practice in Somerset.
I
passionately live and love what I teach and bring my whole being into
my practice and
training.

Gilly Montgomery
I love my work which is very much part of my daily life and practice.
Over the past 15 years I have worked with people in many different ways: as patients, clients, students and friends depending on the needs of the moment.
What I enjoy about my 'different hats' is the rich variety of people I meet on their paths. Whether it be for a morning in a colour class, a couple of days as a retreat guest, various weekend or longer courses or the deeply intense journey of the Essential Life Skills I feel humbled and enriched.
